辣炒年糕
说起这年糕,从小到大我们家就没吃过;不知是我们家没有习惯还是我们那地方也一样,反正没留意过有没有卖;然后知道韩菜里有。其实到现在我也还不知道年糕是不是只有在过年的时候吃,超市里倒是总有的。



      大概两年前自己买了做过一次,就是觉得不好吃吧,就成了唯一的一次,去韩式餐馆也不点。但是最近非常喜欢上了亨氏番茄辣椒酱,随瓶有个菜谱炒年糕,就决定再试~~~才发现却不是年糕不好吃,只是自己做得不好吃~~~~

  • 年糕200克
  • 青椒1只
  • 红椒1只
  • 洋葱1/3个
  • 亨氏番茄辣椒酱5汤匙
  • 白糖2茶匙

Steps to make 辣炒年糕

  • 1.主要材料。
  • 2.年糕洗好就可; 青椒、红椒、洋葱分别切细条;
  • 3.兑好酱汁备用: 亨氏番茄辣椒酱、白糖加5汤匙水;
  • 4.热油锅,炒香洋葱;
  • 5.放入年糕,倒入调好的酱汁,再加8汤匙水煮开;
  • 6.待汤汁收干后加入青、红椒炒匀;
  • 7.洒上白芝麻即可。(或盛盘上再洒上白芝麻)
