Steps to make 简单易做、鲜香下饭的青椒炒豆皮

  • 1.青椒去蒂、去籽,切丝。因为家人不能吃辣,我选的不辣的青椒,喜欢吃辣的可选螺丝椒。
  • 2.锅中添水,加一勺盐,水开放入豆腐皮,用筷子搅散,再次沸腾后煮两分钟,捞出用清水冲凉。
  • 3.蒜切片,葱切葱花。
  • 4.热锅凉油,油热放葱蒜,炒香。
  • 5.倒入青椒,把辣椒炒七八成熟。
  • 6.倒入豆腐皮,加一勺蚝油。
  • 7.加一勺东古酱油、半勺蔬之鲜,口味重的可根据自家口味加盐,翻炒,为了让调料更均匀,淋入一两勺清水,炒两三分钟,出锅装盘。
  • 8.清淡可口又营养,美味又下饭。
