  • 黄油95g
  • 牛奶90g
  • 细砂糖80g
  • 泡打粉7g
  • 低筋面粉310g

Steps to make 奶油奶酪司康

  • 1.面粉,泡打粉加上糖混合过筛备好。
  • 2.面粉中放入奶油奶酪。
  • 3.用手搓,把面粉等和奶酪混合均匀搓成絮状。黄油提前软化切小块,放入搓好的面粉中。
  • 4.一点点倒入牛奶,倒牛奶的同时用手揉搓面团。
  • 5.拌到无干粉状,捏成团(不要反复揉)
  • 6.把面团擀开成约1.5cm厚的面皮。可以用模具切成形,或者直接切成三角形。
  • 7.放入铺好油纸的烤盘中。表面涂上蛋液。
  • 8.表面涂上蛋黄液。
  • 9.放入预热好的烤箱中层,180度,烤15-20分钟。
