  • 3.锅中添水,放半勺盐,半勺食用油,半勺小苏打,这样保证蔬菜翠绿。水开放菜心,用筷子翻一下,保证每根菜都能烫熟。水再开捞出冲凉。
  • 4.摆盘。
  • 5.放上葱丝、辣椒丝。
  • 6.热油。
  • 7.油热泼葱丝。
  • 8.淋上2勺淡盐酱油。
