南瓜紫薯双色千层

Steps to make 南瓜紫薯双色千层

  • 1.紫薯南瓜切片。
  • 2.放入锅内蒸20分钟。
  • 3.用筷子试下,轻易穿过,说明已蒸熟。
  • 4.紫薯加50克糖压成泥。
  • 5.南瓜加糖,去掉蒸南瓜的水份。
  • 6.压成泥。
  • 7.南瓜加入2克酵母和200克面粉。
  • 8.揉成团。
  • 9.紫薯加入2克酵母,100克面粉。(南瓜水份多加面粉量比紫薯多,紫薯本身水份少,淀粉多,100克就可以)。
  • 10.发酵一小时后……
  • 11.已有原先二倍大。
  • 12.取出面团,揉压排气后,切成相等的剂子。
  • 13.擀成薄饼状。
  • 14.取模具,模具内全刷上油。
  • 15.将一块块面皮分颜色叠好,即是一层紫薯面皮,一层南瓜面皮。
  • 16.直至叠完。
  • 17.叠好按压一下,再次发酵15分钟后,放入锅内大火蒸30分钟。
  • 18.蒸熟出锅。
  • 19.脱模。
  • 20.切成小块。
  • 21.营养又健康!
