    Steps to make 红豆沙南瓜饼

    • 1.烧开水,注入糯米粉中,先做两个小圆子,将小圆子放开水中煮至浮起
    • 2.将浮起的圆子放入糯米粉和白糖中
    • 3.加开水后搅拌揉成面团
    • 4.南瓜切块
    • 5.将南瓜蒸熟压成泥
    • 6.南瓜泥和糯米粉和在一起,先做五个小南瓜圆子放开水中煮至浮起
    • 7.将浮起的南瓜圆子放到糯米南瓜和白糖混合物中搅拌揉搓成面团
    • 8.提前做好的红豆沙
    • 9.将白色的和南瓜糯米面团分别搓成粗面条
    • 10.将一根白和一根南瓜糯米条合在一起,搓成一条粗面条
    • 11.将粗面条切小剂子,按压成薄面皮,放入红豆沙
    • 12.包成包子,收口处朝下,压成饼状
    • 13.不粘锅放少量油,烧热,下包好的南瓜饼
    • 14.用大火煎制2分钟后加入少量清水,盖上盖子,煮至水干,饼底金黄即可装盘
