很讨好孩子的一道菜,也是我家餐桌上镜率比较高的菜,谁叫家里有个喜欢酸甜口味的小丫头呢~~~
       用柠檬代替了白醋,酥酥脆脆的鸡胸肉带着淡淡的柠檬香,酸酸甜甜,不要说孩子,又有谁能不喜欢 ~~~

    Steps to make 西宁煎软鸡

    • 1.原料:鸡胸肉、柠檬、面包糠、橘子味汽水。
    • 2.鸡胸肉去除筋膜片成约0.5厘米厚的大片。
    • 3.片好的鸡肉用刀背轻轻咋几下让鸡肉组织更松散,容易入味
    • 4.、鸡肉中依次加入食盐、胡椒粉
    • 5.挤上少许柠檬汁。
    • 6.加入一勺干淀粉。
    • 7.打入一个鸡蛋。
    • 8.抓匀稍稍腌渍几分钟
    • 9.剩下的柠檬用榨汁器挤压出柠檬汁备用。
    • 10.腌渍鸡肉的时候,我们来调一碗碗汁,碗中倒入大约150毫升橘子味饮料,加入刚刚挤出的柠檬汁。

    • 15.将腌渍好的鸡肉均匀的裹上一层面包糠,可以用手压一压,让面包糠沾的更紧。
    • 16.所有依次做好。
    • 17.煎锅烧至五成热,加入橄榄油,放入沾好面包糠的鸡胸肉。
    • 18.煎至两面金黄熟透,盛出切条摆盘。
    • 19.将调好的碗汁倒入锅中煮开。
    • 20.中小火煮至汤汁浓稠
    • 21.煮好的汤汁淋在切好的鸡肉条上即可。
