莜面鱼鱼
莜面是晋北的一种常见粗粮,含糖低,适宜糖尿病人食用。莜面可以做成多种食物,莜面鱼鱼儿即是一种,因两头尖尖细细长长的外形像鱼故此得名。

    Steps to make 莜面鱼鱼

    • 1.干香菇用水泡发后洗净切成小丁,土豆胡萝卜洗净去皮切成小丁,香芹择洗干净,切成碎粒。
    • 2.西红柿洗净切成小块儿。
    • 3.莜面面粉加入适量开水,用筷子搅拌均匀,不烫手后活成面团,盖保鲜膜,放一旁静置。然后取一块蚕豆大小的莜面疙瘩,在手心里一撮就成为莜面鱼鱼了,我用的是上次剩下的冷冻的。
    • 4.食材备好。
    • 5.大火烧热锅中的油,放入葱花爆香。
    • 6.然后放土豆胡萝卜丁翻炒均匀。
    • 7.放入香菇粒略炒。
    • 8.放入西红柿。
    • 9.把香芹粒也放进去。
    • 10.加少许东古一品鲜酱油调味。
    • 11.翻炒均匀。
    • 12.翻炒均匀后加入清水烧开,转中火至土豆变软。
    • 13.加少许盐调味。
    • 14.放入搓好的莜面鱼鱼。
    • 15.鱼鱼儿全部浮起来即可关火,加少许鸡精调味。
    • 16.倒入碗里。
