锅贴豆腐
食材:
豆腐数块,辣椒2个,葱少许
调料:
精盐,调和油,老抽,调味鲜,鸡精,
过程:
1、先将豆腐切块装碗中,加入精盐腌制1小时。
2、辣椒切丁,葱切段。
3、锅里烧油关小火下入腌好的豆腐,
4、慢煎,两面煎黄。
5、调入老抽炒匀,
6、再倒进辣椒丁翻炒均匀。
7、加入清水煮开收汁,
8、最后加入香葱,调味鲜,鸡精即成。
