  • 1.准备好食材,分别清洗干净,直接用干豆就可以不必提前泡发。
  • 2.大枣剪下果肉备用。
  • 3.将所有红豆、花生、黑米和红枣肉都放入卫恩破壁机里。
  • 4.加入400ml清水,这个直接放凉水就可以,破壁机本身有加热功能。
  • 5.看一看加入的水正好到最高水位,盖上盖子,轻轻点一下五谷米糊按钮就可以了。
  • 6.20分钟左右米糊打好,就可以喝了,很细腻,趁热来一杯吧。
