培根鸡肉卷

  • 胡萝卜1/4根
  • 黄瓜1/4根
  • 香菇1朵
  • 西兰花2小朵
  • 料酒1汤匙
  • 干百里香少量

Steps to make 培根鸡肉卷

  • 1.主料
  • 2.鸡胸肉片薄片;
  • 3.鸡片加盐、料酒、黑椒粉、百里香腌制半小时;
  • 4.黄瓜、胡萝卜切成和培根宽度差不多的细条;香菇切条;西兰花切小朵
  • 5.腌好的鸡片铺在砧板上,放上胡萝卜条、黄瓜条和香菇片卷成鸡卷
  • 6.好培根切半,用一片培根卷上鸡卷
  • 7.全部卷好后刷一层油
  • 8.平底锅加点油烧热,放入培根鸡肉卷煎制,培根接口处往下
  • 9.尽量用小火煎制久一点,煎的过程不断转鸡肉卷以便均匀,最后再磨入点黑椒碎
  • 10.取出后切小段,配上喜欢的酱汁就可以吃啦
