椰奶奶盐苏打饼
周六去参加了一个美食活动,收获好多啊!
去之前要求每人带一道自己的爱心料理,我离得比较远,想着方便有特色就打算做饼干作为下午的小吃~最开心的事饼干受到好评啊~大家都吃得很开心,索然做起来挺累挺麻烦但还是特别高兴呢!
我假期去海南玩带回来了点椰子粉,自己冲泡的时候感觉不甜很清香,替换掉了本来应该出现在里面的奶粉,也挺不错呢!
结束的时候好几个人要我公开配方,那就公开到这里吧~

Details of ingredients

  • 面粉200g
  • 清水80g
  • 椰子粉17g
  • 植物油40g
  • 食盐2g
  • 酵母3g
  • 小苏打2g
  • 黄油30g
  • 面粉60g
  • 食盐3g

Steps to make 椰奶奶盐苏打饼

  • 1.把植物油放到一个大盆里面
  • 2.筛入面粉,普通面粉就行
  • 3.加入一包椰子粉,17g
  • 4.加入2g食盐
  • 5.加入2g小苏打
  • 6.加入3g酵母粉,避开食盐的地方
  • 7.加入80g清水
  • 8.揉成面团即可,放到一边发酵,发酵的程度比较随意
  • 9.发酵好的的面团先擀开
  • 10.什么都不放,折成四折
  • 11.再次擀开
  • 12.然后折成三折
  • 13.再次擀开
  • 14.最后一次折成三折
  • 15.擀成很大的一片
  • 16.黄油30g加入面粉60g加入食盐3g揉成油酥
  • 17.把油酥放到刚刚的面皮上面,擀开,大概占中间的一半面积
  • 18.两边叠起来,封口严密
  • 19.然后就是繁杂的开酥过程,擀开
  • 20.第一次依然是四折
  • 21.放置十五分钟之后擀开
  • 22.再次三折
  • 23.放置十五分钟之后擀开
  • 24.再次三折
  • 25.最后擀成一片非常非常薄的大片
  • 26.切成方形
  • 27.用叉子在上面戳洞
  • 28.然后放进烤箱里面,上下火160度中上层,15分钟,按一按全都硬了即可~
