选的柴鸡,用的酷克壹佰鸡公煲调料,好吃看得见!
用的焖烧锅来做这道鸡公煲,省力气省煤气还味道超好!是把鸡在锅里翻炒变色,然后焖烧锅内放开水烧开,把炒变色的鸡放入焖烧锅内闷两个时间,借助食物自身温度使食物更烂,更上味道,两小时后再次把焖烧锅烧开。闷完要再烧10分钟左右收汤,这样做出来的鸡公煲味道就更佳了。

Steps to make 鸡公煲

  • 1.柴鸡剁成块
  • 2.加入酷克壹佰鸡公煲调料和水
  • 3.搅拌均匀腌制一个小时以上
  • 4.锅内放油,小火把鸡油煎出来
  • 5.放入葱姜蒜爆香
  • 6.放入鸡块翻炒变色
  • 7.加入生抽
  • 8.加入黄酒翻炒,加入洋葱炒变色
  • 9.焖烧锅内烧开水后,把炒锅内的鸡全部倒入焖烧锅里焖两个小时
  • 10.两小时后把焖烧锅取出,加入鸡肚子里鸡蛋再次烧开,继续焖两个小时左右吗
  • 11.最后把鸡倒入炒锅内大火烧开,加入适量盐,炖十分钟左右收汁即可
  • 12.一份喷喷香的鸡公煲就这么简单的练成哒
