苜蓿的吃法很多,炒或者拌都可以,我用苜蓿、蟹肉棒、鱼豆腐做馅再用鸡蛋皮卷起来切段。这样的鸡蛋卷营养美味。

Steps to make 苜蓿鸡蛋卷

  • 1.准备苜蓿。
  • 2.将苜蓿清洗干净焯水。
  • 3.捞出挤干水份备用。
  • 4.将焯好的苜蓿剁碎备用。
  • 5.豆腐皮、蟹肉棒、鱼丸焯水备用。
  • 6.将焯好水的豆腐皮剁碎。
  • 7.蟹肉棒切碎。
  • 8.鱼豆腐切碎。
  • 9.将切好的各种碎放入锅中加花椒油、香油、五香粉、盐、葱末、姜末搅拌成馅。
  • 10.平底锅放火上,刷一层油,倒入蛋液,转动平底锅摊平。
  • 11.在上面蛋液还没有完全熟的时候放上拌好的馅。
  • 12.卷起来煎制两面金黄,吃时切段即可。
