满屋飘香烤出来-----五香烤带鱼
带鱼的味道鲜美,很多人都喜欢,以前做过红烧的、清蒸的、煎的、炸的,唯独没有做过烤的,好多美食爱好者做烤肉之类的菜菜,喜欢买市面上现成的腌料,其实自己做出来的一样美味哦,昨天烤了鸡翅,也是这样烤的,烤出来的味道好棒,于是今天又试着烤了带鱼,味道也不错,昨天忘记拍照了,今天拍照做为纪念吧。
带鱼性温、味甘、咸;归肝、脾经,有补脾、益气、暖胃、养肝、泽肤、补气、养血、健美的作用。

    Steps to make 满屋飘香烤出来-----五香烤带鱼

    • 1.切成断去掉内脏的带鱼洗净后,放入清水里,放一些白酒。
    • 2.再放一些花椒,泡半个小时。
    • 3.泡好后的带鱼滤干水分后,放在一个大碗里。
    • 4.放入腌制的调料。
    • 5.再放入花椒、姜丝和大葱丝。
    • 6.拌匀腌制1小时,其间可以给带鱼翻翻身。
    • 7.腌好的带鱼放在垫好锡纸的烤盘上,刷一层腌料。
    • 8.把腌制时的花椒姜大葱也铺在带鱼身上,入预热好的烤箱烤,先烤10分钟,把带鱼拿出来,翻一面,再刷上腌料,再烤10分钟即可。
