  • 酵母6g

  • 1.把主料和配料中的所有食材全部放入面盆中。
  • 2.开启和面模式,定时5分钟。
  • 3.5分钟后的样子。
  • 4.这时再加入盐和黄油。定时20分钟。
  • 5.20分钟后的样子。
  • 6.整理成光滑的面团,松弛10分钟。
  • 7.分成两等分,擀成薄长条(不要超过烤盘的长度),撒上葡萄干和核桃仁。卷成长卷。
  • 8.放入烤盘中,盖上保鲜膜,醒发40~60分钟。
  • 9.酸发至两倍大,切上一字花刀。
  • 10.刷上蛋黄液,撒上麦片。
  • 11.烤箱上下火175度预热5分钟,放入烤盘,再烤30分钟左右,注意观察。
