香草照烧鸡腿墨米饭
照烧是日文Teriyak的中文直译法,简单说也就是加了酱油和糖的调料汁,翻炒后挂在食材的表面,形成亮亮的糊糊。今天这道照烧鸡腿饭,我撒了几粒COOK100的香草碎,居然吃出了意大利披萨的味道来!好神奇吧!下次是不是可以用米饭做个米饭披萨呢?

  • 蚝油30克
  • 1小勺
  • 0.5克
  • 黑胡椒粉3克
  • 料酒少许
  • 植物油少许
  • 菠菜一把
  • 墨米饭一碗

Steps to make 香草照烧鸡腿墨米饭

  • 1.三个鸡腿洗净
  • 2.剔骨:用刀从小端处环切一圈,再顺着骨头划一刀,然后一分两半,轻松脱骨
  • 3.用刀背将肉拍几下,入大碗中,根据口味加入酱油、蚝油、盐、白糖、黑胡椒粉,少许料酒
  • 4.搅拌均匀,充分入味,腌至少30分钟,用叉子在肉上扎洞,更便于入味儿
  • 5.不粘煎锅中放一点点植物油,小火,将鸡皮朝下煎出油脂来
  • 6.煎肉的时候,另一锅中做开水,将洗好的菠菜焯一下水,再过凉水,沥干水备用
  • 7.将鸡腿肉翻个身,煎另一面,待定型后,将腌肉汁倒入锅中,再倒一点热水,盖上盖子,继续小火焖一分钟
  • 8.收汁,撒少许COOK100香草碎
  • 9.盛一碗米饭,将鸡腿肉和菠菜摆入碗中
  • 10.也可以将鸡腿肉切块
