  • 1.排骨切小段用清水浸泡半小时,漂去血水。
  • 2.沥干排骨水份。

  • 5.转小火,加入姜片、花椒、黄酒和醋,盖上盖子炖煮2小时。
  • 6.放入冬瓜,转大火煮熟即可,视情况酌情加盐。
