Steps to make 柠檬乳酪麦芬

  • 1.奶油奶酪隔水软化。
  • 2.用打蛋器搅匀。
  • 3.加入砂糖,拌匀。
  • 4.加入鸡蛋(一颗一颗加进去)。
  • 5.每加一个进去都要拌匀。
  • 6.三只蛋全部加进去之后,奶酪糊的颜色会变黄。
  • 7.柠檬削皮,用料理机打成碎末,或者用刀切碎也可以。(这个步骤可以提前准备)
  • 8.把柠檬屑加进奶酪糊,拌匀。
  • 9.将低筋面粉和泡打粉混匀,过筛后加入奶酪糊搅拌均匀。
  • 10.最后,加入溶化的温热黄油搅拌均匀。
  • 11.将面糊倒入纸托里,顿几下排出内部的气泡,烤箱170度预热,烤35~40分钟即可。在烘焙过程中,将糖粉、柠檬汁和水混匀,制成柠檬糖衣。蛋糕出炉后,用毛刷在蛋糕表面刷柠檬糖衣,多刷几次使味道更浓郁。
