肉桂苹果马芬蛋糕
配方来自小岛留美的快手蛋糕,有肉桂粉的加入,成品香味扑鼻。

  • 泡打粉4克

  • 香酥粒60克
  • 肉桂粉1勺

Steps to make 肉桂苹果马芬蛋糕

  • 1.香酥粒加入肉桂粉,搅拌均匀,即成肉桂香酥粒;苹果洗净,去皮,1个切成1cm左右的小丁,1个切成片,苹果片表面切刀口;
  • 2.黄油软化,加入红糖、细砂糖,用刮刀按压翻拌均匀;用打蛋器搅打至颜色发白;
  • 3.分三次加入蛋液,每加一次都需要搅拌均匀;筛入已混合好的低粉与泡打粉,稍加翻拌,加入牛奶,翻拌均匀,加入苹果丁,用刮刀翻拌均匀;
  • 4.模具中放纸膜,蛋糕糊用勺子舀入纸膜中,上面撒香酥粒,摆上2片苹果片;
  • 5.入预热180度的烤箱,烤25分钟左右;
  • 6.到时取出,趁热吃,表面酥脆,香气扑鼻。
