葡萄干酸奶玛芬

  • 原味酸奶160克
  • 低筋面粉200克
  • 泡打粉2小匙
  • 小苏打粉1/4小匙
  • 葡萄干100克

Steps to make 葡萄干酸奶玛芬

  • 1.全蛋加细砂糖用手动打蛋器搅匀,如果鸡蛋是刚从冰箱里拿出来的,就在打蛋盆下放盆热水,隔热水把蛋液和细砂糖搅匀。
  • 2.加入色拉油继续搅拌均匀。
  • 3.加入牛奶和原味酸奶,继续搅拌呈均匀的液体状。
  • 4.筛入粉类(低筋面粉、泡打粉、小苏打粉),改用橡皮刮刀以不规则的方向轻轻搅拌呈均匀的面糊。
  • 5.加入葡萄干,用橡皮刮刀轻拌均匀。
  • 6.用汤匙将面糊舀入纸模内约八分满。
  • 7.烤箱预热,上火190℃,下火180℃,烤焙25—30分钟。
