黑豆羊肉汤

Steps to make 黑豆羊肉汤

  • 1.将黑豆、白芸豆拣去杂质,用清水浸泡过夜,备用。
  • 2.泡至涨发,可掐开豆皮为宜。
  • 3.羊肉洗净,切小块。
  • 4.葱姜略微拍
  • 5.所有材料一同放入锅里,加入葱段、姜块、少许料酒。
  • 6.倒入泡黑豆的水。
  • 7.大火煮开撇去浮沫后转至小火慢煲。
  • 8.煲至6小时羊肉软烂即可。
  • 9.此煲特点:肉烂、鲜美浓香、回味无穷。
