红糖姜茶
姜能驱寒除湿,红糖性温、味甘、入脾,具有益气补血、健脾暖胃、止痛、活血化淤的作用。
古话说:早吃姜胜参汤;晚吃姜赛砒霜。所以大冷天起床泡上一碗红糖姜茶加上几块饼干当早餐,出门一定不会觉得很冷了。

Steps to make 红糖姜茶

  • 1.姜皮稍微削一下,看到有腐烂的地方一定要切除干净,腐烂的姜会产生一种致癌物质。
  • 2.用刨刀刨成泥或丝,用切切成粒也可以,反正弄碎就行了。
  • 3.姜刨好后把红糖倒进姜碗里。
  • 4.姜泥和红糖搅拌均匀至红糖全部化开。
  • 5.静置十分钟后隔水蒸半个钟头,为了防止水蒸汽进去,最好找个盖子盖着蒸。
  • 6.蒸完放冷,装好放在冰箱里,每天早上挖一勺用开水冲泡。
