Steps to make 菠萝咕咾肉

  • 1.整只菠萝3分之1处切开,小心挖出菠萝肉
  • 2.切厚片浸泡在淡盐水中片刻
  • 3. 红椒去籽切块
  • 4.青椒去籽切块
  • 5.里脊肉切约2CM厚片,用刀面拍松,再用刀背轻剁使肉质松软
  • 6. 切均等小块
  • 7.放姜,料酒,蛋清,干淀粉,白胡椒粉,少许盐抓匀腌制片刻
  • 8. 面粉和少许干淀粉混合,取肉块均匀裹上面粉,抖掉余粉
  • 9.油烧微热,入肉块炸至微黄捞出
  • 10. 转中火,油烧至7成热左右,下入肉块复炸至金黄捞出沥油
  • 11.番茄酱,生抽,醋,糖,适量盐,少量清水调匀
  • 12.锅内留底油,放入调料大火烧沸
  • 13.放入青红椒,菠萝翻炒
  • 14.放入肉块快速翻炒入味,收浓汤汁
  • 15.装入挖空的菠萝里即可
