    Steps to make 咸水鸭

    • 1.将买回来的鸭腿洗干净控水。
    • 2.准备盐和花椒,比例是二比一。
    • 3.放在铁锅里用中火翻炒。
    • 4.等盐微黄、花椒变黑关火。
    • 5.将热盐均匀地撒在鸭肉内外用手搓,多搓几遍。
    • 6.然后用保鲜膜把鸭肉封住放入冰箱冷藏一晚。
    • 7.将腌制好的鸭腿洗净,准备葱段、姜片、八角、香叶,草果,桂皮。
    • 8.将所有材料放入锅里加水,水要刚刚没过鸭肉。
    • 9.煮五分钟停十五分钟,当中翻个身然后再煮五分钟关火即可。(注意:煮的时候不要揭锅盖)。
