  • 1.冬瓜去皮切块。
  • 2.鸭血切块。
  • 3.姜切片。
  • 4.粉丝泡软。
  • 5.葱切葱花。
  • 6.小干贝用水冼一下。
  • 7.把小干贝放水里煮开,继续煮5分钟。(水量根据需要放,喝汤的水放多点,不喝汤就少放。)
  • 8.放入冬瓜和姜片煮。
  • 9.煮至冬瓜软身,放鸭血和料酒煮,煮约5分钟。(料酒作用去鸭血腥味,不放也行。)
  • 10.放入粉丝煮2分钟。
  • 11.放入葱花和盐调味即可。
  • 12.清爽快手汤,有汤也有菜。
