迷你甜甜圈【初味日记】
刚烤好的甜甜圈,外皮脆脆的,内部柔软。搭配果仁片和甜甜的巧克力也可,搭配酸甜的蔓越莓、高颜值的装饰糖亦好,吃起来都是不错的。

  • 玉米油55g
  • 细砂糖45g
  • 泡打粉4g
  • 牛奶40g
  • 黄油20g
  • 鸡蛋2个

Steps to make 迷你甜甜圈【初味日记】

  • 1.碗中打入鸡蛋。
  • 2.加入细砂糖打发至颜色发白,体积变大。
  • 3.黄油、玉米油加入鸡蛋糊搅匀。
  • 4.加入牛奶继续搅匀。
  • 5.筛入低筋面粉、糯米粉、泡打粉,
  • 6.翻拌均匀。
  • 7.面糊装入裱花袋备用。
  • 8.甜甜圈模具中刷入一点油防粘。
  • 9.面糊挤入模具,7分满。
  • 10.放入提前预热好的烤箱,160度,上下火,中层,烤25-30分钟左右。
  • 11.烤好的甜甜圈稍微放凉后倒扣在晾架上彻底晾凉。
  • 12.晾凉后的甜甜圈按个人喜好裹上一面巧克力,挤上花纹,撒上装饰糖即可。
