  • 1.准备好上述食材:蚬子洗净沥干水份备用;配料切丝。
  • 2.锅中放油,下姜丝少许爆香,放入蚬子煸炒片刻之后放料酒,此时蚬子会出一些水,继续煸炒至熟,放入生抽、盐、蚝油调味。
  • 3.当水即将收干时,放葱姜丝煸炒均匀。
  • 4.再立即放入青蒜关火。
  • 5.装盘后在菜品表面撒上火麻仁,添色增香加营养。
