开胃的剁椒鱼头

Steps to make 开胃的剁椒鱼头

  • 1.大鱼头一个750克
  • 2.把鱼头分半洗净
  • 3.青红尖椒、葱、姜切成末
  • 4.先把鱼头加葱、姜、胡椒粉、白醋、盐、鸡粉腌一下
  • 5.把腌好的鱼头内侧朝上,把剁椒均匀的洒在鱼头上上蒸锅大火蒸约十二三分钟(或如微波炉用大火蒸约8分钟左右),即可取出
  • 6.把蒜末和青红尖椒粒倒入油锅稍炒一下加入香葱末浇在鱼头上即可
