    • 1.将赤小豆洗净,浸泡一晚后放入电压锅中,煮至红豆软烂,碾成红豆沙。

    • 5.100克糯米粉中加入15克澄粉,用温热水和艾草汁搅拌,和面,制成面皮。
    • 6.25克的豆沙球嵌入40克左右的面皮,揉圆。
    • 7.蒸锅里垫上屉布,将青团放入蒸锅里蒸10分钟即可。
    • 8.取出青团后在其表面刷一层橄榄油,美观又防裂。
    • 9.軟軟糯糯的青团做好了。
