Steps to make 红薯红糖姜汁小汤圆

  • 1.糯米粉和温水和成不干不粘手的柔软面团,配方里的水量仅供参考,不同糯米粉吸水性不同。
  • 2.分成若干小剂子,大概是5克/个,搓圆备用,要先盖上盖子或者保鲜膜,防止风干。
  • 3.红薯去皮,切成小块。姜切片,红枣去核。
  • 4.将红薯、姜片、红枣和3碗水倒入锅中。
  • 5.盖上锅盖,水烧开后转中小火煮15-20分钟。
  • 6.另起一锅,锅里的水烧开后,倒入小汤圆,煮至浮起3分钟。
  • 7.捞起来后放入红薯姜水里。
  • 8.放入红糖块,继续煮2分钟左右,煮至红糖融化即可。
