Steps to make 虎皮汤圆

  • 1.提前一天先做馅心。材料简单,只要黑芝麻,白砂糖和猪油。
  • 2.芝麻加糖放破壁机里打碎倒出,用猪油拌起来。
  • 3.揉成黢黑的一团。
  • 4.用保鲜膜包起,整理成长方形,放冰箱冻硬。
  • 5.趁着硬切成小块。
  • 6.冰箱里正好还有一些没吃完的生巧,也切了做巧克力馅。
  • 7.南瓜去皮、籽,蒸熟搅成泥,拌上糯米粉和成面团。
  • 8.再拌一块小一些的纯白糯米粉团,从上面掰下来一小坨,放竹炭粉揉成黑色。
  • 9.黄面团卷上白面团,留出一条白色的缝,搓长。
  • 10.面切成剂子,馅心稍微搓圆。正常包汤圆的方法包好,黑色面团搓成牙签细的小面丝,沾在汤圆上,再用手揉圆滑。
  • 11.一大盘就包好了。
  • 12.宽水,下锅熟到浮起就成熟了。
  • 13.捞进碗里是不是比普通汤圆好看一些。
  • 14.黑芝麻馅非常香浓。
  • 15.巧克力馅的丝滑爆浆。
