糯叽叽的低卡养颜红豆沙小汤圆
红豆沙的炖煮有很多方式,港式的红豆沙炖煮时,需要将红豆浸泡2-3天,这样用锅炖煮的红豆沙,不用搅拌机也能煮出绵沙的效果,但是对于没有耐心的我来说,太过于麻烦,为了省事,我就用破壁机做了这款红豆沙小丸子,红豆沙同样绵密,来上一口满足陈皮香。
红豆沙的小丸子,我也改了传统的糯米小圆子,换成了用山药做成的小丸子,这样更好的可以健脾,必备的养生甜品。

Steps to make 糯叽叽的低卡养颜红豆沙小汤圆

  • 1.准备食材:陈皮5g,红豆20g,黑糖10g,水200ml。
  • 2.将红豆放入破壁机内。
  • 3.放入洗净的陈皮。
  • 4.放入黑糖。
  • 5.倒入200ml水,开启米糊键等待15分钟。
  • 6.最后将做好的红豆沙和事先做好的小丸子混合在一起。
  • 7.将小丸子放在碗里。
  • 8.倒入煮好的红豆沙。
  • 9.可以在上面再放几颗小丸子点缀。
  • 10.糯叽叽的很好吃。
