Steps to make 菠萝咕噜肉

  • 1.菠萝去皮切块,放入盐水中浸泡;菠萝用盐水浸泡,炒菜的口感会更好,更清香。
  • 2.浸泡好的菠萝,提前捞出,沥干水,待用。菠萝的含水分很多,一定要把水沥干。
  • 3.猪肉洗净,切薄条片状,放盐、油、生抽、生粉拌均。
  • 4.热锅,倒油,锅温达到200度左右,放入猪展肉,快速翻转,至猪肉变为微焦黄色,这时候可以把多余的油倒出来。
  • 5.沥干水的菠萝块,迅速加入。
  • 6.翻炒至菠萝与肉完美结合,飘出浓浓的清香味。
  • 7.火改为中火,加入番茄酱。
  • 8.让番茄酱与食物充分结合,再放盐,炒均。
  • 9.酸酸甜甜,美味出锅。
