巧克力坚果曲奇
最近懒了,不知道是因为春困呢,还是因为天气不给力,反正,好久没拍菜了。各种仔仔喜欢的点心零食更是没动过了。还好,长帝e•Bake互联网烤箱就好像给我注入了一针兴奋剂呢,让我满血复活了呀! 昨天下午上班接到快递的电话,下班顺便就把烤箱拿回了家,晚上立刻就开始了试用啦。都说新烤箱要经过磨合,我看这款长帝e•Bake互联网烤箱是个例外呢,第一次做的两个作品都非常的成功哦!四个沙拉包,一盘饼干,被老公和仔仔瓜分得干干净净!老公还不忘表扬我:这次的饼干非常好吃! 要不要这样啊!不好吃的就全是我的,好吃的我连看的份都没有!

  • 蛋液15克
  • 黄油75克
  • 60克
  • 腰果40克
  • 核桃40克

Steps to make 巧克力坚果曲奇

  • 1.黄油室温软化,加入糖粉,用打蛋器打发。
  • 2.加入蛋液后搅打均匀。
  • 3.腰果和核桃用料理机打碎。
  • 4.核桃碎和腰果碎放入烤箱,(留少许用来做装饰)230度烤4分钟,(设置了6分钟,其实不用这么久)
  • 5.烤香的果仁碎和低粉一起倒入黄油里。
  • 6.搅拌均匀。用手抓拌成团。
  • 7.放入冰箱冷藏一个小时。
  • 8.将面团擀成2-3毫米厚的面片
  • 9.再用模具切成一个个小圆 巧克力隔水融化。
  • 10.取一个圆形饼胚,小心地在巧克力液体里面滚一圈,再蘸上一圈坚果碎。
  • 11.放入烤盘。
  • 12.把烤盘放入预热好的烤箱,170度,上下火,中上层,烤15分钟。
  • 13.出炉冷却,密封保存。
