  • 1.豌豆苗摘洗干净,豆腐就是这样的小块,回来过水冲洗一下。
  • 2.豆腐切薄片,豌豆苗切段,胡萝卜去皮洗净切丝。
  • 3.炒锅加入适量的油,爆香五香粉和葱花,下入胡萝卜丝翻炒。
  • 4.加入适量的水大火烧开。
  • 5.水开后下入豆腐继续煮开。
  • 6.煮至豆腐飘起来就煮好了。
  • 7.下入豌豆苗,待豌豆苗变软立刻关火,加入盐、胡椒粉调味。
  • 8.出锅,喜欢的加点芝麻油调味更香。
