Steps to make 入口即化 玛格丽特小饼干 儿童小零食(新手小白轻松搞定)

  • 1.80克黄油切块软化,(可以借助吹风机)。
  • 2.蒸熟的鸡蛋,只取蛋黄两个。
  • 3.软化好的黄油加入糖粉,打蛋器打发。
  • 4.打发两者完全融合,黄油发白。
  • 5.筛入蛋黄(用勺子或者手指往下按压着,过滤蛋黄)加入0.5克盐,搅拌均匀。
  • 6.筛入低筋面粉,玉米淀粉,混合均匀,揉成光滑的面团。
  • 7.保鲜膜包起来,我用一部分加了点可可粉,分成两个团(冰箱冷藏一个小时)。
  • 8.烤盘铺油纸,揉成小圆球,每个团15克,喜欢小点的可以10克(这时候预热烤箱165℃10分钟)。
  • 9.用大拇指按压圆形中间部分,会自然产生裂纹(故事里被称作爱人的印记)。
  • 10.烤箱165℃,放中层,烤15-18分钟(具体时间以上色程度为主)。
  • 11.做了20个小饼干,热气散去密封保存(提示:刚烤好不要拿,容易碎,等热气散去再拿会结实许多)
  • 12.饼干很细腻,香,甜,酥,不开心了来一块,满满的幸福感。
