今年中秋正好在国庆节期间,有个小长假,又免不了到处跑跑,带上一盒月饼那是必须的了,有些事情提前要准备上,转换糖浆就是其中之一。

Steps to make 转化糖浆

  • 1.准备的原料。
  • 2.柠檬洗净外皮切片。
  • 3.白糖加入开水里。
  • 4.边烧边搅拌至糖化开。
  • 5.白糖完全化开加入柠檬片,柠檬片加入后就不要再搅拌了,而且到最后一直都用小火。
  • 6.糖浆溅到锅壁上用刷子沾点水刷上一圈就可以。
  • 7.大约四十五分钟后就变成琥珀色,关火,放凉。
  • 8.装瓶密封,室温阴凉出存放。
