Steps to make 小吊梨汤

  • 1.银耳泡发撕小朵。
  • 2.锅中倒入清水约1200毫升,放入银耳大火煮开转小火煮半小时左右。
  • 3.雪花梨用细盐搓洗干净,削皮,皮留用,梨肉切小块。
  • 4.银耳煮至出胶,放入梨皮、梨肉、话梅。
  • 5.放入黄冰糖继续煮15分钟左右。
  • 6.最后加入枸杞再煮2分钟左右即可。
