    Steps to make 虎皮饺子

    • 1.黑芝麻炒熟,捣成粉,加入等量的面粉,面粉可以稍稍多一点。
    • 2.黑米提前洗净,泡出黑水。
    • 3.将黑米水加入搅拌和成面团。有料理机的黑芝麻可以更细腻不会像我这样有粗颗粒点,不过后面看成品也不太影响,面醒一会儿就更黑了。
    • 4.南瓜蒸熟捣成泥,加入适量面粉和成黄色面团。注意南瓜水分很大,和面时一定不要先加水。
    • 5.在取和黄面等量的面粉,和一个白色的面团。
    • 6.3个面团都和好了,盖上醒一会儿。
    • 7.开始制作,黄面团和白面团搓成等量长度的长条。
    • 8.黄面按扁,擀开,宽度为刚好可以保住白面。
    • 9.用黄面包裹白面,滚搓一下让其融合粘住。
    • 10.黑面搓长条,切成等量小剂子。
    • 11.小剂子在搓成长条,擀成薄片。
    • 12.将融在一起的黄白面团横着划一条开口,把黑面片塞进去。换个角度再划口子塞黑面片,我一共塞了6片。
    • 13.塞好黑面后滚搓成长条。
    • 14.切成等量大小的剂子。
    • 15.剂子按扁,擀成中间厚边缘薄的片。
    • 16.放入适量饺子馅。
    • 17.虎皮饺子成了。
    • 18.看看花纹是不是很像老虎皮。
    • 19.虎年吃虎皮饺子。
    • 20.煮熟的饺子颜色更漂亮!
