简单做面包
爱吃面包,外面买的总说有防腐剂之类的,还是自己做来放心。刚败了面包机那会儿直接做一键式,渐渐的发现手工做的相对来说要好些。当然,前提是要辛苦一点。这款面包其实是介于中种和直接法之间,前一天晚上和面,第二天下午下班回家操作,再也不用熬到很晚等面包机做完。成品很松软,晾凉之后正好切片做又一天的早餐噢!

Steps to make 简单做面包

  • 1.没有稍大点的盆,用我的小电饭锅,物尽其用,省事又方便。按牛奶、鸡蛋、酵母、面粉、盐、糖、玉米油的顺序依次放入。因为没有黄油,玉米油我就直接放了。
  • 2.拌匀后放案板,开始手工揉面。其实手工揉面,感受面团一点一点的延展的感觉也是蛮好的。还有,也能减肥噢!呵呵
  • 3.开始面团很粘手,慢慢的面团就很光滑了。揉了大概半个多小时,揉到手套膜的状态。这个程度还行吧?
  • 4.收成圆形放到盆里,盖上保鲜膜让它在常温下自然发酵。
  • 5.睡一觉起来,发的满满的噢!
  • 6.分两等份排气滚圆,松弛一会儿整形。
  • 7.先擀成长条状从底部卷起来。
  • 8.再擀一遍重复卷起。
  • 9.放入面包桶中进行二次发酵。
  • 10.发好后刷些蛋液,洒上白芝麻。启动面包机烘烤,选浅色,烤一小时。
  • 11.当当当,成品出炉OK!因为是面包机,所以顶部颜色不如烤箱来的漂亮。
