  • 1.准备食材
  • 2.玫瑰茄放入白醋中浸泡
  • 3.鲜姜洗净,削皮
  • 4.再把鲜姜全部削成薄片
  • 5.放入精盐,抓均,腌制约1小时左右
  • 6.挤干杀出来的水分
  • 7.放入白糖
  • 8.放入玫瑰茄和白醋
  • 9.拌均匀
  • 10.放入密封罐中,腌制24小时
  • 11.鲜辣脆嫩的玫瑰子姜,做寿司、早餐时佐粥,都是很不错的
