Steps to make 土豆小锅盔

  • 1.土豆蒸熟。
  • 2.用原汁机搅拌成泥。
  • 3.土豆泥和面粉(比例为1:1)倒入容器内,加入事先用少许温水溶解的糖和酵母稍微拌匀,然后分次加入牛奶揉成光滑适当的面团,其软硬程度与饺子面团差不多。
  • 4.醒5分钟,将面团下成小一点的剂子。
  • 5.摁扁,擀成中间厚边缘薄的小饼,中间划圈刷上一层油。
  • 6.像包包子一样将皮封口。这样做出来的是空心的,烙熟后可以轻松分开。
  • 7.收口朝下,轻轻摁扁,生坯就做好了。
  • 8.依次做好。
  • 9.平底锅预热,刷上薄薄一层油,放入生坯。
  • 10.小火,不断翻面,烙至两面桔红色,表面微微鼓起即可。
  • 11.馅料制作:猪肉切小粒。
  • 12.红萝卜、豆干、藕切小粒。
  • 13.洋葱切小粒、辣椒切圈。
  • 14.炒锅上火,加少许底油,三成热时下入肉粒煸香煸酥。然后拨到一边,下入洋葱炒出香味。
  • 15.加入酱油,炒肉粒上色后,下入红萝卜丁、藕丁、豆干丁一起翻炒。
  • 16.加入孜然粉炒出香味。再加点盐定好味。
  • 17.最后加入辣椒圈和香油即可关火。
  • 18.做好的小锅盔用刀从边缘轻轻划开。
  • 19.放入生菜和炒好的馅料就可享用美味了。
