香卤肘子

  • 料酒3勺
  • 生抽5勺
  • 老抽1勺
  • 白糖3匙
  • 4匙

Steps to make 香卤肘子

  • 1.肘子去毛后焯出血水,买的时候可以让老板帮忙烧一下。
  • 2.取出肘子放入空气炸锅,两面刷油,200度30分钟。没有空气炸锅可以两面煎一煎,新手不建议油锅炸,容易崩油。
  • 3.取出肘子放入锅中,加入适量温水。
  • 4.放入姜片,葱段,八角,香叶,桂皮,草果和丁香。
  • 5.加入料酒,生抽,老抽,白糖,撇去浮沫,烧开转小火煮1小时。
  • 6.翻面,根据口味加入盐,继续小火煮1小时,关火后焖2小时以上即可。
