玫瑰花味甘,性温,气味芳香,药性平和,具有理气和血、排毒养颜、和血散淤、开窍化淤、疏肝醒脾、促进胆汁分泌、帮助消化、调节机理的功效。主要适用于肝胃不和所致的胁痛脘闷、胃脘胀痛及月经不调或经前乳房胀痛者。

  • 1.自己做的酸浆豆腐很嫩,切成方块
  • 2.自己做的酸浆豆腐很嫩,切成方块
  • 3.豆腐用裱花嘴把中间挖一个圆孔
  • 4.锅内放水,豆腐放在盘子里面蒸12分钟左右
  • 5.新鲜玫瑰花瓣洗净放在淡盐水浸泡一会,樱桃果酱适量
  • 6.锅内放少许水烧开,加入蜂蜜
  • 7.玫瑰花切丝
  • 8.泡在蜂蜜水10分钟
  • 9.蒸好的豆腐凉透,在圆孔里面加入樱桃果酱,把玫瑰花和蜂蜜水轻轻倒在豆腐上面即可
