  • 酸奶100g
  • 鸡蛋1只
  • 黄油25g
  • 50g
  • 3g
  • 酵母2g
  • 肉松1勺
  • 沙拉酱2匙

Steps to make 肉松沙拉排包

  • 1.把所有食材放入面包筒内,除黄油外,和面20分钟
  • 2.放黄油继续和面20分钟
  • 3.20分钟后拉出手膜
  • 4.放盆中发酵
  • 5.发酵至2到2.5倍
  • 6.排空气分5小团醒10分钟
  • 7.取一面团擀成长条,由上往下卷
  • 8.卷好的面团放入烤盘里进行第二次发酵
  • 9.发酵至2倍
  • 10.涂上蛋液,散上肉松,再放沙拉酱
  • 11.上管170度下管180度预热5分钟,上下烤20分钟即可
