Steps to make 紫薯蛋挞

  • 1.紫薯洗净削去皮。
  • 2.洗净的紫薯切小丁。
  • 3.紫薯丁冷水下锅焯烫两三分钟左右后捞出,控干水备用。
  • 4.蛋挞皮提前解冻。
  • 5.碗中打入鸡蛋,加入白砂糖搅拌均匀,拌至白糖融化。
  • 6.加入纯牛奶搅拌均匀。
  • 7.将蛋挞液过筛两次备用。
  • 8.将紫薯丁放入蛋挞皮中。
  • 9.倒入蛋挞液。
  • 10.烤箱提前预热,上管/空气烤180度烤30分钟出炉。
  • 11.出炉后晾凉即可食用。
