Steps to make 番茄蛋烧

  • 1.将生鸡蛋磕入碗中,加一点食盐。
  • 2.在鸡蛋液中加入两小勺玉米淀粉。
  • 3.再加入少量的清水。
  • 4.用筷子将蛋液搅打均匀。
  • 5.将西红柿洗干净,像削苹果一样削掉皮。
  • 6.用西红柿的皮转圈卷起来,做成一朵花的样子放在盘子里做装饰。
  • 7.将西红柿的瓤切碎。
  • 8.将西红柿丁放入蛋液,混合均匀。
  • 9.用平底锅,不粘锅或者这种做玉子烧的小锅都可以,锅底刷一层油并加热。
  • 10.向锅中倒入适量的蛋液。
  • 11.加热至一面凝固时从一端卷起来。
  • 12.卷好的蛋卷推到一边,继续向锅中倒适量的蛋液。
  • 13.加热至一面凝固是接着卷起来,使原来的蛋卷更粗更厚。
  • 14.一直重复以上步骤,直至蛋液用完。
  • 15.全部卷好之后继续在锅里加热至熟透。
  • 16.取出来放在案板上切段。
  • 17.装盘就可以吃了。我用两片菠菜叶子做花的叶子继续装饰了一下。
