中式披萨(米饼披萨)
这次做的是中式披萨,也就是将面饼换成主饼,而且我这里用的是大米和小二混合制成的二米饼,在披萨配料中,我特意添加了坚果碎,增加蔬菜品种,使之营养更丰富全面

Steps to make 中式披萨(米饼披萨)

  • 1.准备食材:洋葱、胡萝卜、瘦肉、玉米,洗净
  • 2.食材:奶酪、番茄,还有少量杏仁
  • 3.番茄洗净,在沸水里烫下,然后去皮,剁成番茄碎
  • 4.食材洗净后,准备玉米粒、火腿条、胡萝卜粒、瘦内末、杏仁碎、洋葱粒,蒜末
  • 5.油锅烧热,下蒜末炒香后下肉末,再入洋葱末
  • 6.再入番茄同炒,加少许盐
  • 7.最后倒番茄沙司,翻炒一下,关火
  • 8.准备煮好的二米饭,用保鲜膜包好后压成饼,先在盘内抹一层油,再将米饼入盘
  • 9.做的的番茄酱均匀抹在米饼上,注意不且抹太满
  • 10.现将杏仁碎、玉米粒、胡萝卜粒、火腿条撒在上面,将奶酪切丝均匀撒在饼上,入烤箱,220度烤10分钟左右(具体视自家烤箱而定)
