奶香椰蓉球
上次做椰蓉包,拆开了一大袋子的椰蓉。为了秉持不浪费粮食的原则,并且征得了男朋友爱吃的前提下,做了这款奶香椰蓉球。有关椰蓉的美食好吃君以前也做过不少,什么椰蓉包、椰蓉饼干、还有椰蓉球,这些都做过。尤其是椰蓉球,其实好吃君以前也做过,不仅材料常见,而且做法还特别简单,只要把食材放到碗里搅拌搅拌就可以了。

  • 椰蓉30g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 低筋面粉20g
  • 黄油5g
  • 白糖10g

Steps to make 奶香椰蓉球

  • 1.黄油切成小薄片,室温软化。用打蛋器将黄油稍微打散。
  • 2.打入鸡蛋,继续搅散。黄油没有融化,烘烤的时候会化掉。如果介意的话,直接将黄油融化就好。
  • 3.放入面粉、木糖醇和椰蓉。
  • 4.用刮刀搅拌至没有干粉、面团能成型的状态。
  • 5.将椰蓉团分成8g一份的小团子,揉圆。小团子放到椰蓉里面滚一圈,蘸满椰蓉。
  • 6.将所有椰蓉团做好,整齐的码放在烤盘上。
  • 7.预热烤箱,上火180度,下火160度,15分钟左右就可以了。
  • 8.看到椰蓉球表面金黄。
  • 9.椰香味儿十足,就可以啦~
  • 10.打开烤箱,自然放凉。
  • 11.哈哈~开吃啦~
